Tracer study 2021
In the past 23 years 543 young professionals graduated from the AMID Young Professional programme. Our latest tracer study learns that today still 79% of them are working in the field of international development, with an increasing number of them working in governmental organisations, businesses and educational and knowledge institutes. Alumni consider themselves change agents: those who question the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary. We are of course happy to see that alumni grade our program on average with a 7.8 out of 10. At the same time we are concerned by the increasing gender pay gap. Women's equality and empowerment is one of the 17 SDGs, but also integral to all dimensions of inclusive and sustainable development. Hence, we are looking forward starting the discussion with organisations in the field on how to tackle this.
